General Upendra Dwivedi, Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), visited the Madras Regimental Centre in Wellington today, where he reviewed the training and administrative facilities of this historic and prestigious training establishment. During his visit, the COAS was briefed on the modern training methodologies and infrastructure adopted by the Centre.
