Under the aegis of Eastern Command, Brahmastra Corps organised a Blood Donation Camp on 25 and 27 September 2025 to commemorate National Voluntary Blood Donation Day. Demonstrating the ethos of selfless service and sacrifice, more than 200 Army personnel voluntarily donated blood during the two-day event. Their contribution not only reflects the unwavering commitment of the Indian Army to humanitarian causes but also plays a crucial role in saving countless lives.

Brahmastra Corps is one of the premier field formations of the Indian Army under the Eastern Command, headquartered in Kolkata. Brahmastra Corps is a composite formation, comprising infantry, artillery, armoured, engineer, and logistics units. Equipped with modern weaponry, surveillance systems, and mobility platforms, the Corps is capable of executing rapid deployment and high-intensity missions.
