Lt Gen PK Mishra With Other Officers

Lieutenant General P K Mishra, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the White Knight Corps, accompanied by the GOC of the Ace of Spades Division, visited forward locations in the Poonch Sector to review the prevailing security situation and assess the operational preparedness of troops deployed along the Line of Control (LoC).

During his visit, Lt Gen Mishra was briefed on the current operational scenario, counter-infiltration measures, and troop deployment along critical stretches of the LoC. He interacted with soldiers serving in challenging terrain and harsh weather conditions, acknowledging their professionalism, vigilance, and dedication to duty.

The Corps Commander commended the troops for their unwavering commitment and high morale, which continue to ensure peace and stability in the region despite persistent threats from across the border. He urged all ranks to maintain a robust offensive posture and heightened surveillance to thwart any infiltration attempts and preserve the sanctity of India’s borders.
