On the occasion of the 93rd Indian Air Force Day, Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief (GOC-in-C) Northern Command, visited Air Force Station Udhampur and interacted with Indian Air Force personnel.
The Army Commander commended the Air Warriors for their glorious legacy of courage, professionalism, and valour in safeguarding the nation’s skies. He extended his best wishes for continued success and glory, lauding their unwavering dedication in the true spirit of the IAF’s motto — “Nabhah Sparsham Deeptam” (Touch the Sky with Glory).
The interaction reflected the strong synergy and camaraderie shared between the Indian Army and Air Force, especially in the Northern Command theatre where joint operations and coordination are vital to national defence.
