Lt Gen Virendra Vats, YSM, SM, VSM, Director General of the National Cadet Corps (DG NCC), visited the Headquarters NCC Directorate Karnataka & Goa on 24 October 2025. The visit underscored the Directorate’s vital role in nurturing leadership, discipline, and national pride among the youth of the region.

Interaction with Cadets and Staff

During his visit, Lt Gen Vats interacted with NCC cadets, officers, and staff, gaining firsthand insights into their activities and initiatives. He reviewed the functioning, achievements, and training infrastructure of the Directorate and expressed appreciation for the team’s dedication to upholding NCC’s core values of discipline, unity, and service to the nation.
