In a major push toward enhancing joint operational cooperation along the Punjab frontier, the Indian Army’s Vajra Corps and the Border Security Force (BSF) came together in Jalandhar for a high-level Synergy Conference aimed at strengthening coordination, preparedness, and collaborative security mechanisms.

The conference focused on improving real-time information sharing, joint planning, surveillance integration, and response capabilities to effectively counter evolving cross-border challenges in the region. Senior leadership and representatives from both forces discussed operational alignment, enhanced communication channels, and unified strategies to safeguard national interests along the sensitive border grid.

Reaffirming the shared commitment to border security, the deliberations underscored the importance of seamless cooperation between the Army and BSF to maintain a robust security posture, prevent infiltration attempts, and ensure rapid reaction to emerging threats.

The conference also highlighted the morale, determination, and resilience of troops deployed along the frontier—symbolised by the message of “Honsla Atut, Sankalp Adig” and its Punjabi counterpart “Honsla Atutt, Irada Mazboot,” reflecting the unwavering resolve to protect the nation.

The Vajra Corps–BSF synergy initiative marks a continued effort toward strengthening joint operational readiness and reinforcing the collaborative framework essential for secure and stable borders in the Punjab sector.
