Air Marshal B Manikantan, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief (AOC-in-C), Central Air Command, visited the prestigious College of Air Warfare (CAW), Secunderabad, on December 10, 2025, where he interacted with faculty, staff, and officers undergoing the 49th Higher Air Command Course (HACC).

During the visit, Air Marshal Manikantan delivered an inspiring guest lecture to officers from the Army, Navy, and Air Force, emphasising the importance of jointness and integrated thinking in higher military leadership.

Highlighting the dynamic and evolving security environment, the AOC-in-C underscored the need for sustained operational readiness, professional excellence, and adaptability. He guided the officers on the importance of strategic foresight and the ability to respond effectively to emerging and complex challenges.

Air Marshal Manikantan exhorted the future military leaders to uphold the highest standards of commitment, innovation, and service to the nation, stressing that adaptability and continuous learning are essential attributes for leadership in modern warfare.
The visit reaffirmed the Indian Air Forceโs focus on developing strategic thinkers and joint commanders, capable of navigating the complexities of contemporary and future operational environments.
