Colonel Prateek Roy of the Indian Army has been honoured with the prestigious Geddes Gavel Award / Commander Australian Defence College Award upon completing the Defence Strategic and Studies Course at the Australian Defence College, marking a proud achievement for India on the international military education stage.

Col Roy’s exceptional performance and academic excellence placed him at the top among a globally diverse cohort of military professionals.
