Major General Maneesh Kukrety, SM, General Officer Commanding (GOC) MUPSA, visited Base Hospital Lucknow, the Garrison Hospital of Lucknow Cantonment, and the Tertiary Care Centre for Orthopaedics and Dermatology as part of an official visit to review healthcare services and facilities.

During the visit, the GOC inaugurated “Swasthya Path: Health Trail”, a unique initiative aimed at promoting holistic healing by integrating physical activity, structured exercise, and the restorative benefits of nature. The initiative is designed to support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of patients, staff, and visitors, reflecting a comprehensive approach to healthcare.

Major General Kukrety appreciated the vision and dedicated efforts of the hospital team led by Commandant Brigadier Jasvinder Kaur Bhatia, noting that such initiatives reinforce the hospital’s commitment to patient-centric and compassionate care. He lauded the establishment for aligning modern medical treatment with holistic wellness practices.

The GOC highlighted that the initiative truly embodies the hospital’s motto, “Madhur Vyavhar, Kushal Upchar” (Compassionate Conduct, Skilled Treatment), and commended the staff for their professionalism, innovation, and commitment to excellence in military healthcare.
