General Upendra Dwivedi, Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), today addressed officers of the UAE National Defence College as part of his ongoing visit to the United Arab Emirates, underscoring the rapidly evolving global security environment and the changing character of modern conflicts.
In his address, the COAS highlighted the growing centrality of technology in contemporary warfare, noting how domains such as cyber, space, information, and unmanned systems are reshaping the conduct of military operations.
