On assuming the appointment of Senior Officer-in-Command and Senior Colonel Commandant, Corps of Signals, Lt Gen Vivek Dogra, SM, laid a wreath and paid solemn homage to the nation’s fallen heroes at the National War Memorial.
Paying tribute to the supreme sacrifice of India’s bravehearts, Lt Gen Dogra honoured their valiant actions and unwavering commitment to the nation.
