The Jat Regimental Centre in Bareilly witnessed a large turnout of aspiring candidates as hundreds of youth participated in the Agniveer Recruitment Rally conducted by the Army Recruiting Office (ARO) Bareilly under Headquarters Recruiting Zone Lucknow.
Young aspirants from 12 districts of Uttar Pradesh arrived at the rally with the aim of joining the Indian Army under the Agnipath scheme, marking the beginning of their journey towards serving the nation.

Senior Officers Review Arrangements
Major General I.S. Gill, VSM, Chief of Staff, Headquarters Uttar Bharat, visited the recruitment venue to review the arrangements and overall conduct of the rally. He appreciated the efficient coordination between the Indian Army and the civil administration, which ensured a fair, transparent and well-organised recruitment process.
Senior military officers including Brigadier S.K. Mandal, Brigadier G.D. Singh and Brigadier H.P.P. Singh also inspected the rally site and monitored the recruitment procedures.

Youth Show Strong Enthusiasm to Join the Army
The rally reflected the strong enthusiasm among young people to serve in the Indian Army, with candidates undergoing various stages of the recruitment process as per established standards.
Officials highlighted that the recruitment drive is being conducted with strict adherence to transparency, discipline and merit, providing equal opportunities to all eligible aspirants seeking to wear the Olive Green uniform.
