The Fire and Fury Corps organised a Skill Development Programme from 09 to 21 March 2026 at Shachukul Village, Tangtse in Ladakh, in collaboration with Jan Shiksha Sansthan, Leh under the Skill India Initiative of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE).

Empowering Women Through Skills
A total of 30 women participants were trained in Soft Toy Making and Mushroom Cultivation, receiving certified skill training from instructors under MSDE, with support from the Trishul Division.

Boost to Self-Employment
The initiative aims to enhance self-employment opportunities and promote economic independence among women in remote border areas like Shachukul Village.

Enthusiastic Participation
The programme witnessed active and enthusiastic participation from local beneficiaries, reflecting its positive impact on community development.
