Among the standout performers, Naik Bharat Singh of the Rajput Regiment was awarded the prestigious Army Commander ARTRAC Trophy for being adjudged the overall Best Student of the course. His performance reflected exceptional leadership qualities, tactical understanding, and consistency throughout the training period.

In a significant addition to the awards, the inaugural Best Techno Warrior Trophy was presented to Naik Narinder Singh of the Regiment of Artillery. The award recognises excellence in leveraging technology and modern systems in combat scenarios, underscoring the Army’s increasing focus on digitisation and future-ready warfare.

The successful conduct of the course reinforced the critical role of Non-Commissioned Officers as the backbone of the Army, bridging the gap between officers and troops. The training not only enhanced individual competencies but also strengthened unit cohesion and operational effectiveness.

The culmination of the Combat Leadership Course at NCO Academy Dhana once again highlighted the Indian Army’s commitment to nurturing capable, forward-thinking leaders prepared to meet the demands of contemporary and future battlefields.
