Air Marshal B Manikantan, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Central Air Command and Chairman of the Local Board of Administration, Sainik School Rewa, visited the institution on April 10, 2026.
During the visit, the Air Marshal reviewed a ceremonial parade by cadets and paid homage at the School War Memorial, honouring the supreme sacrifice of fallen heroes who served the nation.

He interacted with cadets and faculty members, lauding the school’s rich legacy of producing leaders for the Defence Services. Addressing the cadets, he encouraged them to remain grounded in strong character, discipline, and integrity, while striving for excellence in all their endeavours.

Air Marshal Manikantan also commended the staff for their dedicated role in holistic development, including effective utilisation of resources for infrastructure growth and institutional progress.

The visit underscores the importance of Sainik Schools in nurturing future officers and instilling values of leadership, patriotism, and service among young aspirants.
