The Military College of Telecommunication Engineering, under the aegis of Army Training Command, organised a seminar on Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) and Cyber Electromagnetic Activity (CEMA).

The seminar brought together officers and experts from:
- Army War College
- Infantry School
- Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE)
- Madhya Pradesh Police
- Border Security Force

Focus on Emerging Threats
Two technical sessions were conducted on:
- Decoding the C-UAS Battlespace
- CEMA: Concepts, Current State and Road Ahead
These sessions examined the global drone threat landscape and the increasing importance of cyber-electromagnetic dominance in modern warfare.

Call for Integrated Approach
Lieutenant General Praveen Bakshi, Commandant of MCTE, emphasised the need for:
- Greater inter-agency synergy
- Information sharing
- A pan-India coordinated approach
given the widespread nature of emerging threats.

Roadmap for Future Warfare
The seminar highlighted:
- Integrated Counter-UAS strategies
- Electronic Warfare and Cyber Operations
- AI-enabled defence solutions
It also outlined a roadmap to enhance indigenous capabilities, innovation, and preparedness for future battlefields.
