A proud military milestone was marked at the Rajput Regimental Centre, Fatehgarh, where 968 Agniveers of Batch 07/25 participated in the prestigious ‘Kasam’ Parade, taking the solemn oath of allegiance after successfully completing 24 weeks of intensive military training.
Conducted in a combatised format, the parade reflected the Indian Army’s growing emphasis on operational readiness, realistic battlefield training and mission-oriented soldiering.

The Agniveers displayed immaculate drill, exceptional military bearing and unwavering determination, symbolising their transformation into physically robust, technically proficient and battle-ready soldiers of the famed Rajput Regiment.
Throughout the training period, the recruits underwent rigorous physical conditioning, weapons training, fieldcraft, tactical exercises and military leadership development, preparing them to meet the challenges of modern warfare.
Addressing the young soldiers, the Commandant of the Rajput Regimental Centre congratulated them on successfully completing their training and urged them to uphold the glorious traditions, values and ethos of the Indian Army while serving the nation with honour, courage and dedication.
A special highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of Gaurav Padaks to proud parents, recognising their sacrifices, support and contribution in guiding their sons towards a life of discipline, service and national commitment.
Officials stated that the newly attested Agniveers now join the ranks of the Indian Army as confident and capable soldiers, ready to shoulder the responsibility of safeguarding the nation and carrying forward the proud legacy of the Rajput Regiment.
The parade concluded with the young warriors reaffirming their commitment to duty, honour and selfless service, as they embarked on their journey in uniform.
