Brigadier Karnail Singh, Group Commander of Jorhat Group NCC, visited CATC-32 being conducted at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya School in Golaghat and interacted with cadets of the 12 Assam Battalion NCC.
The senior officer was received by Colonel Hiren Borah, VSM, Commanding Officer of 12 Assam Battalion NCC.
During the interaction, Brig Karnail Singh motivated the cadets to actively absorb the training curriculum and uphold the values, ethics, and responsibilities associated with the National Cadet Corps.
He emphasised the important role played by NCC in shaping disciplined, responsible, and motivated youth committed towards nation-building and leadership development.
Officials stated that the visit inspired cadets to continue striving for excellence in training, character-building, and service to the nation while strengthening the spirit of discipline and patriotism among the young trainees.
