Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum 60% marks in English in Class X or XII.
- At least 60% aggregate marks in any one of the following streams:
- M.Sc., BE, B.Tech, or M.Tech in:
- Computer Science / Computer Science & Engineering
- Computer Engineering / Information Technology
- Software Systems / Cyber Security
- Artificial Intelligence / Data Analytics / System Administration & Networking
- MCA with BCA or B.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology

- NCC Candidate Relaxation:
- NCC ‘C’ Certificate holders with a minimum ‘B’ grade are eligible for a 5% relaxation in the cut-off marks.
- The certificate must be issued on or after Jan 1, 2024.
Selection Process
- Application Shortlisting:
- Based on normalized marks in the qualifying degree.
- For BE/B.Tech candidates – marks up to the 5th semester will be considered.
- For M.Sc./MCA/M.Tech candidates – marks from all semesters will be considered.
- SSB Interview:
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email/SMS.

- Medical Examination:

Training Details
- Rank at Induction: Sub-Lieutenant
- Duration: Six weeks of Naval Orientation Course at INA Ezhimala, followed by professional training at designated Naval establishments.
- Probation Period: Two years from the date of grant of rank or completion of training, whichever is later.

- Basic Pay for Sub-Lieutenant: ₹56,100/- (Level 10) plus applicable allowances.
