The Indian Air Force’s renowned Sarang Helicopter Display Team will perform a spectacular aerial display over the National Defence Academy during the Passing Out Parade of the NDA’s historic 150th course.
The event will also mark the graduation of the third batch of women cadets from the prestigious tri-services academy, symbolising another important milestone in the evolution of military training and gender inclusion in the Indian Armed Forces.
According to PRO Pune, the Sarang team will showcase precision flying manoeuvres using the indigenously developed HAL Dhruv Advanced Light Helicopters (ALH), highlighting India’s growing aviation capabilities and indigenous aerospace achievements.
Known for its breathtaking formations and synchronised aerobatics, the Sarang Helicopter Display Team represents the professionalism, precision, and operational excellence of the Indian Air Force.
Officials stated that the aerial performance will add grandeur to the Passing Out Parade while showcasing the synergy between tradition, technological advancement, and military excellence.
The Passing Out Parade of the 150th course is expected to be a landmark event in the history of the National Defence Academy, celebrating the achievements of future military leaders of the Indian Armed Forces.
