Lieutenant General H S Sahi, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, YSM, SM, Chief of Staff, Headquarters Western Command, presented the Western Command Territorial Army (TA) Banner 2025–26 Rolling Trophy to 105 Infantry Battalion (Territorial Army) Rajputana Rifles on 29 June 2026.
The prestigious award was conferred in recognition of the battalion’s outstanding performance, operational readiness and professional excellence, reflecting its exemplary service in the finest traditions of the Territorial Army and the Indian Army.
Congratulating the unit, Lt Gen Sahi commended all ranks for their unwavering commitment, high standards of professionalism and dedication to duty. He highlighted the significant role played by the Territorial Army in strengthening national security and supporting the regular Army across a wide spectrum of operational and administrative responsibilities.
The Western Command TA Banner is one of the Command’s most distinguished honours, recognising exceptional performance and sustained excellence among Territorial Army units. The award underscores the battalion’s commitment to maintaining the highest levels of preparedness, discipline and operational effectiveness.
