The Indian Army has released the merit list for the SSCW(Tech)-67th (Women) October 2026 Course, detailing candidates recommended across various engineering disciplines. The list includes candidates from Civil, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical streams.
According to the merit list, Joining Letters will be issued strictly on the basis of merit, subject to availability of vacancies, medical fitness, submission of requisite documents and fulfilment of all eligibility conditions prescribed in the course notification.
The Army has clarified that inclusion of a candidate’s name in the merit list does not by itself confirm the issue of a Joining Letter. Candidates are also required to ensure that copies of all semester marksheets, degree or provisional degree certificates and other required documents have been submitted.
The merit list states that documentation and the results of medical examinations have not been taken into account while preparing the merit list. Candidates who have not submitted the required documents have been advised to provide self-attested scanned copies through the Feedback/Query option on the official Join Indian Army website.
In the Civil engineering stream, seven vacancies have been listed, with four candidates appearing in the merit list. The candidates are Arushi, roll number 751694; Shatakshi Rai, roll number 754646; Prajjalita Boruah, roll number 753160; and Kanishka, roll number 753112.
The Computer Science stream has four vacancies, while five candidates have been listed. The candidates are Pooja P, roll number 751787; Shruti Sharma, roll number 755323; Vedika K N, roll number 752754; Arjita, roll number 753335; and Sakshi Goyal, roll number 750267.
In the Electrical engineering category, three vacancies have been listed and five candidates appear in the merit list. They are Arya Ashok, roll number 750253; Rhythm Pathania, roll number 751316; Sruthi R, roll number 751761; Prathvi Devanand Gaonkar, roll number 755691; and Renu, roll number 754270.
The Electronics stream has six vacancies, with six candidates listed in the merit list. They are Priti Yadav, roll number 751141; Aayushi Sharma, roll number 750012; Janani S, roll number 756012; Dimple, roll number 750260; Shiwani Ojha, roll number 756911; and Kushboo Choudhary G, roll number 753550.
The Mechanical engineering stream has nine vacancies, with seven candidates listed. The candidates are Vanshika Chauhan, roll number 750750; Samradhee Pawan Parashar, roll number 751596; Trivedi Shiva, roll number 750162; Sakshi Hazari, roll number 757316; Hritika Jagdish Tahalyani, roll number 753558; Vishu Sharma, roll number 752393; and Rashmi Sisodia, roll number 752095.
The merit list highlights the Army’s ongoing recruitment of women engineering graduates through the Short Service Commission (Technical) entry. The selected candidates will progress towards commissioning subject to the applicable conditions, including vacancy availability, medical fitness and completion of documentation.
The release also reiterates the importance of completing all documentation requirements within the prescribed process. Candidates whose names appear in the merit list have been advised to ensure that their academic and other requisite documents are submitted without delay.
