Air Marshal PV Shivanand, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief (AOC-in-C), South Western Air Command, interacted with student officers of DSTSC-09 and other ongoing courses at the Military Institute of Training (MILIT) and delivered a talk on “Aerospace Power in South Western Theatre”.
Drawing on his operational experience, Air Marshal PV Shivanand shared insights into Indian Air Strategy, the Concept of Operations and the capabilities required for joint operations. The interaction also included lessons from Operation Sindoor and contemporary conflicts.
