Chief of the Army Staff General Dhiraj Seth visited the forward areas of Chinar Corps on September 25 and reviewed operational preparedness along the Line of Control.
During the visit, General Dhiraj Seth was briefed on the measures being undertaken to maintain a robust security posture along the Line of Control. He was also briefed on ongoing initiatives aimed at strengthening operational capabilities.

General Dhiraj Seth commended all ranks for their professionalism, commitment and unwavering readiness. He appreciated the personnel for maintaining their operational preparedness and commitment to their responsibilities in the forward areas.
During his interaction with personnel, the Army Chief called upon all ranks to embrace the five guiding principles of “VIJAY”. He described the principles as a call to innovate with purpose, adapt with agility, build capability with resolve and anticipate challenges before they emerge.
The Army Chief emphasised the importance of staying ahead by adopting these guiding principles. He called upon personnel to maintain the ability to adapt and strengthen capabilities while remaining prepared for emerging challenges.
