The College of Military Engineering (CME), Pune, conducted a motivational visit for students of Sainik School Sujanpur Tira on October 4, 2026.
A group of 47 cadets accompanied by four instructors participated in the visit, which provided them with an opportunity to gain exposure to military history, heritage and aspects of military training.

As part of the visit, the cadets visited the Corps Archive Museum, where they received an insight into the rich military history and heritage of the Sappers. The museum visit provided the students with an opportunity to learn about the legacy associated with the Corps and its military heritage.
The delegation subsequently visited the Cadets Training Wing, where the cadets were briefed on the nuances of military training under the Technical Entry Scheme.

The briefing provided the students with an understanding of the training associated with the Technical Entry Scheme and the importance of discipline and selfless service to the nation.
The visit provided the cadets with exposure to both the historical and training aspects of military life. While the Corps Archive Museum offered an insight into the military history and heritage of the Sappers, the Cadets Training Wing provided an opportunity to understand the approach to military training under the Technical Entry Scheme.

The motivational visit brought together 47 cadets and four instructors from Sainik School Sujanpur Tira, providing them with an opportunity to engage with the College of Military Engineering and gain exposure to its military heritage and training environment.
The visit also highlighted the values of discipline and selfless service to the nation as part of the interaction at the Cadets Training Wing.
