Lieutenant General IS Rathore, Commandant of the Military College of Electronics & Mechanical Engineering (MCEME), Secunderabad, called on His Excellency Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla, Hon’ble Governor of Telangana, at Lok Bhavan, Hyderabad, on November 7, 2026.
The meeting took place following Lieutenant General Rathore’s assumption of command as the 43rd Commandant of MCEME. The visit marked a formal interaction between the newly appointed Commandant and the Governor of Telangana.
