Air Marshal Nagesh Kapoor, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the South Western Air Command, addressed a Joint Press Conference at Madhavpur Beach, Porbandar, marking the successful culmination of the amphibious phase of the Tri-Service Exercise-25 (Exercise Trishul) on 13 November 2025.
The large-scale exercise, conducted under the overarching theme โJAIโ (Jointness, Agility, Integration), witnessed coordinated participation from the Indian Armed Forces, Indian Coast Guard, Border Security Force (BSF) along with several national security and civil agencies.

The amphibious segment showcased integrated operations involving maritime insertion, littoral manoeuvres, air-sea coordination, and coastal security drills. Air Marshal Kapoor highlighted the significance of such multi-agency exercises in refining interoperability, enhancing real-time coordination, and boosting Indiaโs ability to respond effectively to emerging security challenges across domains.

He commended all participating forces for their professionalism and seamless synergy, noting that Exercise Trishul-25 underscores Indiaโs growing joint operational capability and its commitment to safeguarding national interests across the land-sea-air continuum.
