Lieutenant General Prasanna Kishore Mishra, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the White Knight Corps, accompanied by the GOC of Counter Insurgency Force (Delta), visited forward and hinterland locations to review the ongoing counter-terrorism efforts in the region.
During the interaction, the senior commanders assessed the current security situation and emphasised the need for high alertness, proactive measures, and an uncompromising approach in counter-terrorist operations. They also interacted with troops on ground, taking stock of operational preparedness and coordination mechanisms.
The visit reaffirmed the Indian Army’s commitment to maintaining peace and stability in the region. The GOC appreciated the professionalism, dedication, and operational readiness of all ranks, encouraging them to continue strengthening their capabilities to tackle evolving security challenges effectively.
