The Rajput Regiment conducted its 33rd Biennial Conference on Regimental Matters from 05–07 December 2025 at the Rajput Regimental Centre, celebrating its legacy of courage, professionalism, and regimental pride.
The conference brought together dignitaries, veterans, serving officers, Commanding Officers, and Subedar Majors of the Regiment. The highlight of the event was the seamless and dignified Colonelcy handover from Lt Gen Manoj Kumar Katiyar, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, GOC-in-C Western Command, to Lt Gen H. S. Sahi, UYSM, AVSM, YSM, SM, Commandant of the Army War College.
The ceremonial transition, conducted with full military decorum, reflected the Rajput Regiment’s enduring values of honour, continuity, and professional excellence. Lt Gen Sahi assumed his new role with deep respect for the Regiment’s illustrious history and commitment to its continued growth.
The biennial conference also served as a vital platform for reviewing regimental matters and strengthening camaraderie among serving personnel and veterans.
