The Malignant Diseases Treatment Centre of Army Hospital (Research & Referral), represented by Major Ramneek Kaur, secured the Best Poster Award in the Model of Care category at the ESMO Asia Congress 2025 held in Singapore from 05โ07 December.
The award-winning study focused on the impact of psychological interventions in reducing fear of cancer recurrence and improving life satisfaction among survivors. The findings highlight the growing significance of structured psychosocial care in comprehensive survivorship management.

In addition to the award, several other scientific papers from Army Hospital (R&R) were presented at the international forum and received strong appreciation from global experts.
These achievements underline the Armed Forces Medical Servicesโ (AFMS) unwavering commitment to clinical excellence, evidence-based practice, and active participation in international academic platforms, reinforcing its leadership in advanced oncology care.
