Air Marshal B Manikantan, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief (AOC-in-C), Central Air Command, conducted an Operational Readiness Inspection of Air Force Station Agra from December 22 to 23, 2025.

On arrival, the AOC-in-C was accorded a ceremonial Guard of Honour. During the visit, Air Marshal Manikantan comprehensively assessed the operational preparedness of the base, reviewed ongoing and completed operational infrastructure developments, and examined recent capability enhancements undertaken at the station. He also interacted with key personnel, commending their professionalism and commitment to mission readiness.

Accompanying the AOC-in-C was Dr Nirmala T Manikantan, President, AFFWA (Regional), who reviewed the welfare initiatives being carried out through AFFWA ventures at the base. The delegation also visited Air Force School Agra, where they interacted with students and staff, appreciating the focus on education and holistic development.

Concluding the inspection, Air Marshal Manikantan lauded the stationโs high state of operational readiness and its unwavering commitment to operational excellence, reaffirming the Indian Air Forceโs emphasis on preparedness, infrastructure modernisation, and personnel welfare.
