On assuming the appointment of Director General (Works & Services), Air Marshal Rahul Bhasin, VM, paid solemn homage to the nation’s bravehearts at Amar Jawan Jyoti.
Laying a wreath at the memorial, Air Marshal Bhasin honoured the valiant service and supreme sacrifice of India’s fallen heroes who laid down their lives in defence of the nation’s sovereignty and integrity. He acknowledged their courage, selflessness, and enduring legacy, which continue to inspire generations of service personnel.
The tribute reaffirmed the Indian Air Force’s deep respect for those who made the ultimate sacrifice and underscored its unwavering commitment to uphold the values of duty, honour, and service to the nation.
