The Western Command Investiture Ceremony 2026 was held with solemn dignity and military precision at the Manekshaw Auditorium on January 10, 2026, reaffirming the finest traditions of the Indian Army.

Presided over by Lieutenant General Manoj Kumar Katiyar, Army Commander of Western Command, the ceremony honoured officers and personnel for acts of gallantry and distinguished service, recognising exceptional courage, professionalism, and unwavering devotion to duty. A total of 97 awards were conferred during the investiture, comprising:
- 06 Yudh Seva Medals
- 30 Sena Medals (Gallantry)
- 01 Bar to Sena Medal (Distinguished)
- 16 Sena Medals (Distinguished)
- 44 Vishisht Seva Medals
