The Indian Air Force has issued a clarification after reports emerged that entry fees were being charged for witnessing the IAF air show being held at Nashik.
In an official statement, the Indian Air Force categorically stated that it does not charge any entry fee for its air shows conducted across the country. The IAF also clarified that it does not derive any monetary benefit from these events.
The Air Force emphasized that air shows are organised with the sole objective of inspiring and motivating the youth, fostering a deeper connection between the Armed Forces and the nation, and showcasing the professionalism, skill, and capabilities of the IAF.
