Lieutenant General Rajan Sharawat, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Rising Star Corps, visited Tiger Division and Sabre Brigade to review the operational preparedness of the formations and assess ongoing technology-driven innovations.

During his interaction with troops, Lt Gen Sharawat commended their unwavering dedication, exceptional professionalism and effective integration of modern technology in enhancing operational readiness. He emphasised the importance of continuous innovation and adaptability to counter evolving security challenges.
The GOC also engaged with personnel from the Border Security Force, Jammu and Kashmir Police, and members of the civil fraternity, appreciating their exemplary contributions and close coordination in maintaining peace and stability in the region.

As part of the visit, Lt Gen Sharawat visited Army Public School Ratnuchak, where he interacted with students and applauded them for their outstanding achievements in academics and co-curricular activities.

The visit reaffirmed the Rising Star Corpsโ focus on operational excellence, technological modernisation, jointness with security agencies and strong civil-military engagement.
