Lt Gen AVS Rathee, General Officer Commanding of Konark Corps, visited the Battle Axe Division during an intensive phase of training to assess the formation’s operational preparedness. The visit focused on reviewing the division’s combat readiness and evaluating its capability to undertake complex engineering and battlefield support tasks in challenging desert conditions.
During the interaction, the Corps Commander observed training activities that showcased the division’s proficiency in intricate combat engineering operations, including advanced mine laying drills tailored for the harsh and demanding desert terrain. He commended all ranks for their technical expertise, precision and professionalism in executing these critical battlefield tasks.
