Lieutenant General Rajan Sharawat, AVSM, VSM, General Officer Commanding (GOC) Rising Star Corps, reviewed the operational preparedness of troops deployed in the Mamun sector.
During the visit, the Corps Commander was briefed on the prevailing operational situation, training activities and measures being undertaken to maintain a high state of combat readiness in the area.
Interacting with troops, Lt Gen Sharawat commended all ranks for their professionalism, high morale and unwavering commitment to the nation. He emphasised the importance of sustained vigilance, rigorous training and operational readiness to effectively meet evolving security challenges.
The visit reaffirmed Rising Star Corps’ focus on maintaining robust preparedness and ensuring the security of the region.
