Lieutenant General Manoj Kumar Katiyar, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, Army Commander, Western Command, conducted a comprehensive review of the operational preparedness and administrative readiness of Vajra Corps.
During the visit, the Army Commander was briefed on the formation’s readiness posture, training initiatives and administrative measures aimed at maintaining high operational standards. The review focused on ensuring that the Corps remains fully prepared to respond effectively to any emerging contingencies.
Lt Gen Katiyar commended all ranks for their all-round professional excellence and mission-ready resolve. He urged the formation to maintain a sharp operational focus while leveraging an empowered and technology-enabled environment to enhance combat effectiveness.
The Army Commander emphasised the importance of sustained vigilance, modernisation and cohesive teamwork to ensure that Vajra Corps remains prepared, poised and primed for victory in every mission and contingency.
