Call for Tech-Driven Leadership
Lt Gen Rajesh Pushkar exhorted the cadets to remain vigilant, updated and technologically adept, encouraging them to evolve into “Techno Warriors”. He emphasised the importance of Atmanirbharta, adoption of emerging technologies and the need to be drivers of transformation, including the ongoing push towards theaterisation in the Armed Forces.
Upholding Core Military Values
Reiterating the strengths of the Indian Armed Forces, he highlighted the officer-men relationship as its foundation, stressing that officers must lead by example while embodying courage, character, competence, discipline and physical fitness.
He also reminded the cadets to always adhere to the Chetwode Motto, reinforcing the timeless values that define military leadership.
The interaction served as a powerful motivation for future officers to prepare for dynamic battlefields while upholding the highest traditions of the Indian Armed Forces.
