Lieutenant General Girish Kalia, General Officer Commanding of the Spear Corps, visited the Spearhead Division to review the operational readiness and preparedness of the formation.
During the visit, the Corps Commander toured military stations at Likabali, Rayang, and Sigar, where he interacted with troops deployed in the region. He reviewed key aspects of operational readiness, security measures, and deployment preparedness in strategically important areas.
Lt Gen Kalia appreciated the professionalism, vigilance, and commitment displayed by the troops in maintaining a high state of operational readiness under challenging conditions.
