Major General Manish Kumar, YSM, SM**, Additional Director General at Headquarters Recruiting Zone (Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand), visited the Army Recruiting Office (ARO) Meerut to review its functional efficiency and recruitment preparedness.
During the visit, the General Officer was briefed by the Director Recruiting, ARO Meerut, on various initiatives aimed at ensuring extensive outreach, enhancing candidate registration for Recruitment Year 2027, and facilitating the smooth conduct of recruitment procedures.
Maj Gen Kumar appreciated the efforts undertaken by Team ARO Meerut towards maintaining transparent, efficient, and fair recruitment processes for aspiring candidates seeking to join the Indian Army.
The ADG also reviewed infrastructure upgradation initiatives carried out at the recruiting office and commended the personnel for their professionalism, dedication, and high morale.
He encouraged all ranks to continue serving the youth and the nation with commitment while upholding the highest standards of integrity and operational efficiency in the recruitment process.
