During his tenure as the General Officer Commanding (GOC), Delhi Area, Lt Gen Bhavnish Kumar provided exemplary leadership and played a pivotal role in strengthening operational effectiveness, enhancing administrative efficiency and fostering organisational growth across the formation.
Known for his professionalism, integrity and dedication to duty, the General Officer consistently worked towards reinforcing institutional values while ensuring the highest standards of military readiness and governance.
