Headquarters Western Command hosted officers attending the Higher Defence Management Course (HDMC) for a focused professional military engagement aimed at providing deeper insights into operational planning and the conduct of contemporary military operations.
During the engagement, the HDMC officers were briefed on operational planning processes, logistics integration and the employment of strike formations in the contemporary battlespace.

The officers interacted with Lt Gen H S Sahi, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, YSM, SM, Chief of Staff, Western Command, and exchanged professional perspectives on operational preparedness and evolving concepts for future operations.
