Lieutenant General Prasanna Kishore Mishra, AVSM, YSM, SM, General Officer Commanding (GOC), White Knight Corps, visited the Ace of Spades Division to review its operational preparedness and assess the evolving security dynamics in the area.
During the visit, Lt Gen Prasanna Kishore Mishra was briefed on the division’s operational commitments, ongoing capability development initiatives, UAS and Counter-UAS capabilities, and the roadmap for further strengthening operational effectiveness.
The briefing covered the evolving operational environment and measures being undertaken to maintain a high state of preparedness. Particular attention was given to the development and employment of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and Counter-UAS capabilities, which have assumed increasing importance amid the changing character of warfare.
Lt Gen Prasanna Kishore Mishra emphasised the need to continuously enhance operational effectiveness and remain responsive to emerging challenges on the battlefield. He called upon all ranks to maintain a high degree of alertness while developing the agility and adaptability required to operate effectively in an evolving operational environment.
The Corps Commander also stressed the importance of capability development and effective absorption of emerging technologies to maintain operational advantage. He exhorted personnel to remain future-ready and focused on strengthening the formation’s ability to respond to emerging threats and contingencies.
The visit reaffirmed White Knight Corps’ emphasis on operational readiness, technological adaptation and continuous capability enhancement. It also highlighted the importance of maintaining resilient and adaptable formations capable of meeting changing operational requirements.
Lt Gen Prasanna Kishore Mishra commended the troops for their professionalism and commitment and urged all ranks to continue working with dedication towards maintaining a high state of operational preparedness.
The visit underscored White Knight Corps’ focus on remaining ready, resilient, agile and adaptive while continuing to meet its operational responsibilities in a demanding security environment.
