As part of Exercise Nomadic Elephant 2026, the Healers of the Tripeak Brigade conducted a comprehensive YRCCC demonstration, showcasing combat medical procedures, tactical trauma care and rapid casualty management under simulated battlefield conditions.
The demonstration focused on the importance of timely and proficient medical response during combat situations, highlighting how effective casualty care can contribute to saving lives, improving casualty survivability and sustaining combat effectiveness.

The training formed part of the joint engagement between the Indian and Mongolian contingents participating in Exercise Nomadic Elephant 2026. The exercise provided an opportunity for the two contingents to train together and exchange professional practices in combat medical care.
During the YRCCC demonstration, the Tripeak Brigade’s medical personnel showcased procedures associated with battlefield medical response and tactical trauma care. The training was conducted under simulated battlefield conditions to highlight the requirements of providing rapid medical assistance to casualties.
The demonstration emphasised the importance of preparedness and speed in casualty management. Timely medical intervention during battlefield situations is an important component of maintaining the survivability of injured personnel and supporting continued operational effectiveness.
