VCOAS Lt. Gen. Upendra Dwivedi Inspires Officer Cadets at OTA Chennai

The Officers Training Academy (OTA) Chennai had the distinguished honor of hosting Lt. Gen. Upendra Dwivedi, the Vice Chief of the Army Staff (VCOAS).

The VCOAS was briefed comprehensively on the integrated training programs for officer cadets, the state-of-the-art training infrastructure, and the implementation of best practices aimed at honing the skills and capabilities of the young trainees.
