Lt Gen PC Nair, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, PhD, Director General of Assam Rifles, was honored with a Guard of Honour at the Headquarters Directorate General Assam Rifiles in Laitkor, Shillong, as he approaches his retirement on July 31, 2024.
