In a proud moment for naval medical services, INHS Asvini, the premier naval hospital in Mumbai, has been awarded the prestigious Best Hospital in the Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS) Trophy, recognizing its excellence in delivering world-class medical care and support to naval personnel and their families.
The Command Hospital, Western Command, Chandimandir, Haryana, was adjudged the Second-Best Tertiary Care Hospital, earning the Runners-Up Raksha Mantri Award for outstanding contributions to patient care and medical innovation. These honours were presented by Hon’ble Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh, reaffirming the critical role of these institutions in safeguarding the health of India’s military personnel.
This recognition stands as a powerful testament to the unwavering pursuit of excellence, professionalism, and compassion demonstrated by the Army Medical Corps and its associated institutions.
