Lieutenant General Manjinder Singh, Army Commander of the Sapta Shakti Command, conducted a comprehensive review of the state-of-the-art communication architecture and operational preparedness of the Dot On Target Division under the South Western Command. He urged all ranks to continuously upgrade their warfighting skills to maintain operational excellence and defense readiness.
