In a strong endorsement of frontline preparedness, Lieutenant General Devendra Sharma, PVSM, AVSM, SM, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Army Training Command (ARTRAC), visited the Golden Arrow Division on July 14 and praised the formation for its exceptional operational capabilities and technological adaptation.
The visit, held at a time of renewed focus on modernization and strategic readiness, highlighted the Golden Arrow Division’s unwavering commitment to professional excellence. Lt Gen Sharma interacted with officers and troops, commending their discipline, motivation, and continuous pursuit of innovation in operational planning and execution.

Renowned for its gallantry during the 1965 and 1999 wars, the Golden Arrow Division continues to play a vital role in India’s defense strategy.
